Introduction & Acceptance

By registering an account on hba999, making a deposit, or accessing any game or service on the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age, that you are not a restricted person as defined in Section 4 below, and that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. hba999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Key Principles

Eligibility & Restricted Persons

To register and use the hba999 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform.

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be a natural person and not acting on behalf of a third party.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on hba999 or any affiliated platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, or close family member of an hba999 employee or affiliate where such participation is prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and at any point when requested by hba999 for verification purposes.

Certain persons are not permitted to use the hba999 Platform under any circumstances. Restricted persons include individuals who:

• Are under the age of 21.
• Have previously had an hba999 account closed for breach of these Terms.
• Are subject to a self-exclusion order on this Platform.
• Are located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• Are acting as an agent, proxy, or under a power of attorney for another person in relation to gambling activity on the Platform.

Account Registration

Each player may register only one account on hba999. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, address, device, IP address, payment method, or any other identifying characteristic — is strictly prohibited. hba999 uses automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts, and all such accounts will be closed. Any funds held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

• You must provide a valid, accurate username, email address, and any other information required during the registration process.
• You must keep your account information current. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if any registered details change.
• You are solely responsible for all activity on your account, including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested.
• You must not share your account credentials with any other person. hba999 will treat any access using your credentials as authorised by you.
• hba999 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

hba999 operates a Know Your Customer process in line with responsible gaming and fraud prevention obligations. You may be asked to verify your identity, age, address, and payment methods at any point. Commonly requested documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or utility bill. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in your account being suspended and withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is complete.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on hba999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). hba999 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may apply their own service charges in accordance with their individual terms.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are credited to your hba999 wallet balance upon confirmed receipt from the payment provider.
• hba999 reserves the right to reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from a legitimate source.
• Accepted methods currently include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and Dutch-Bangla Bank.

• Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, except where hba999 approves an alternative method in writing.
• You must complete any applicable KYC verification before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Please refer to the specific promotion terms for full details.
• hba999 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically within 24 hours for verified accounts, subject to payment provider processing times.

Bonuses & Promotions

hba999 offers a range of bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions published alongside each individual promotion.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. hba999 determines eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion details.
• Bonus funds and free bet winnings may only be used on eligible games as specified in the promotion terms. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus funds not used and any wagering requirements not met within the stated period will be forfeited automatically.

• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including through the creation of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or use of prohibited betting patterns — will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and may lead to account closure.

Responsible Gaming

• Players may request a deposit limit on their account at any time by contacting support.
• Players may request a time-out period (temporary suspension) of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Players may request permanent self-exclusion, which will close their account and prevent re-registration for a minimum period of 12 months.

Intellectual Property

All content on the hba999 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, game content, and the overall compilation of the Platform — is the property of hba999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activity.

• You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, transmit, or distribute any content from the Platform without prior written authorisation from hba999.
• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from any software forming part of the Platform.
• Game content (including titles, artwork, and mechanics) provided by third-party game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe remains the intellectual property of those respective studios.
• The hba999 brand name, logo, and associated marks are proprietary and may not be used without express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hba999, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gaming activity conducted on the Platform.
• Temporary unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Any reliance placed on information published on the Platform, including odds, game rules, or promotional terms.
• Losses arising from delays in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers.

Account Suspension & Termination

hba999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account with immediate effect, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspected fraud, collusion, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Chargebacks or reversal of deposits without valid justification.
• Abuse of promotional offers or bonus systems.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, or any tools that give an unfair advantage.
• Any behaviour that hba999 deems harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

Upon termination, any remaining real-money balance (not derived from bonus abuse or fraudulent activity) will be refunded to your verified payment method after any outstanding investigations are concluded. Bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited upon termination for cause.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be referred to hba999's customer support team for resolution by emailing [email protected].

hba999 aims to resolve all player complaints within 10 business days of receipt. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure, you may seek recourse through appropriate channels available to you under applicable law. hba999 does not make representations regarding the legal status of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction and it is your sole responsibility to ensure your use of the Platform complies with local laws.

Amendments to These Terms

hba999 reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
